This page describes what we collect when you use tante and how we keep that data protected. We at tante take privacy seriously. When you register, deposit, play live blackjack or roulette, bet on Liga 1 or Piala AFF, or withdraw funds, we collect personal information. We use that information only to operate our platform, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with law.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your account balance, betting history, or payment details with advertisers or data brokers. When you verify your identity (KYC), we collect a photo of your government-issued ID and a selfie holding the document. We use this to confirm you are who you say you are and to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. We store these documents securely and never share them with third parties without your explicit consent.

Account data
Name, email, phone, date of birth, address, ID documents.
Payment data
Deposit and withdrawal history, payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, bank account), transaction amounts and dates.
Gameplay data
Bets placed, games played, results, balance history, session timestamps.
Device data
IP address, device type, operating system, app version, browser type.

When you deposit via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or direct bank transfer, we collect transaction details—the amount, date, and payment method. We do not store your full payment credentials (e.g., your bank password or card number). Payment processors handle those securely on their own servers.

How we use your data on tante

We use your data to operate tante and deliver the services you expect. Specifically, we use it to:

Third-party processors and data sharing

We work with third-party service providers to operate tante. After seven years, we delete or anonymise your personal information, except where law requires us to retain it longer.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data anytime by contacting our support team. We will close your account and begin the deletion process. However, we may retain anonymised or aggregated data for analytics and fraud prevention.

Cookies and tracking on tante

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your login, store your preferences, and analyse how you use tante. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We use session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (stored for longer periods). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some tante features may not work properly without them.

We also use analytics tools to track page views, button clicks, and gameplay patterns. This helps us understand how players use tante and where we can improve. We do not track you across other websites—our tracking is limited to tante.bet and our mobile app.

Your rights regarding your data

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can view and update your account information anytime in your tante account settings. If you want a copy of all your data, or if you want to delete your account entirely, contact our support team. We will provide your data in a portable format (e.g., CSV) within 14 days.

You also have the right to opt out of promotional emails and marketing messages. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Click it to remove yourself from our mailing list. You will still receive transactional emails (e.g., deposit confirmations, withdrawal alerts) because these are necessary to operate your account.

Security and data protection
